There are lots of adult and puppy play groups, but what about the older dogs? An enclosed, off-leash park for maximum fun, but all locations considered including anyone's back yard. Interested?

Dog owner? Wannabe dog owner? Fan of dogs... or just saw a dog in a park once? Startup folks are no strangers to long hours, crazy schedules and the emotional roller coaster of launching a business. But that's why we have dogs - nothing like a long walk or a great game of fetch to recharge. Come meet other startup folks, hang out with some amazing dogs, and get out of the office. We'll host at least one event a month, but more if the demand is there!

Weekend hiking with the canine companion(s) and socializing with other hikers in the community. One doesn't have to be a dog owner to be a member; just someone who likes hanging around dogs and the outdoors. Since I'm still learning the area, I will be posting dog-friendly hiking trails from www.bahiker.com, but other suggestions are welcome and encouraged. My partner and I have a 6 1/2 year-young Corgi, so most hikes will be low-key and fall within beginner-to-intermediate levels.

Having recently moved to the Bay Area I noticed that there were no Meetup Groups for Corgi owners. It is always nice to get together with other Corgi owners for playdates at the local dog park or exchange advice and information with one another. I hope to encourage many meetups so our Corgis can live a healthy and happy life! Please go to the About section to learn more about the Meetup group.
